Late Season & Keepers

These apples come on late and don’t hurry. Some aren’t much to look at when picked. Time finishes their work.

Crow Egg

Local apple. Dark, small, and stubborn. Not much to look at when it comes off the tree, but it holds through winter if you leave it be.

World’s Best

Named by someone who believed it. Balanced, steady, and better after a little time laid away.

Arkansas Black

Hard as a stone at picking. Needs cold and patience. Comes around slow, then stays.

Roxbury Russet

One of the old keepers. Dry skin, dense flesh. Built for cellars, not markets.
